2. Safe On-Site Access: Booking entities must guarantee compliant, secure, and unhindered cargo pathways for our distribution vehicles at target drop zones. Off-loading must adhere to municipal safety protocols.

3. Quality Inspection Standards: Consignments must be visually inspected upon receipt. Discrepancies or batch mismatches must be formally reported within 48 hours for immediate regulatory investigation.

4. Settlement & Payments: Bulk logistics and product delivery schedules require milestones payments as agreed upon. Standard invoices are to be cleared within 10 business days of product verification reports.

5. Legal Jurisdiction: This agreement and all subsequent trade contracts are governed by Indian commercial statutes, with exclusive legal jurisdiction resting in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
